U.S. Bank’s Global Corporate Trust Apprenticeship Programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading financial services organisation while studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Finance & Investment. Over four years, you will combine academic learning with practical workplace experience, developing industry knowledge, professional skills and valuable business insight. The Role
As a Global Corporate Trust Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work across our key product lines, Structured Finance and Business Management. You will divide your time between studying for a bachelor’s degree and working alongside the Corporate Trust team.
Your responsibilities will vary throughout the programme, but you will make a meaningful contribution to the business from day one. You will also have opportunities to participate in social and volunteer activities, helping you build meaningful professional connections across the organisation.
Training and Development
U.S. Bank offers a BSc (Hons) Finance & Investment Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with Wallbrook Institute London. Throughout the 48-month programme, you will combine university study with practical workplace experience.
The programme includes professional development opportunities, leadership exposure, networking activities and mentoring support designed to help you build both technical and professional skills while progressing towards your degree qualification.

Requirements
- Applicants should be A-Level or BTEC students looking to begin their professional career through an apprenticeship pathway.
- You will need a minimum of 112 UCAS points and GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Preferred A-Level subjects include Maths, Business, Accounting, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
- You must be able to start the programme in October 2026. The position is based in London and is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of three or more days per week in the office.
